The UK is unique when it comes to property investment. Land is limited, and the amount of property we build doesn’t keep up with demand. People are living longer, marriages don’t last as long as they used to and immigration is on the rise. Simply put, there just isn’t enough housing stock. At the same time, the current economic difficulties has resulted in more people than ever before defaulting on their mortgages. This is where I come in, to help people find a solution to their current financial situation.
